Ham and Lentil Stew

From Pillsbury Soup and Crockpot Recipes.

3 Cup Cooked Ham, Diced
1 Large Onion, Chopped
2 Cup Celery, Chopped
2 Can Chicken Broth
2 Cup Carrot, Chopped
4 Cup Water
2 Cup Lentils 

In 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well.Cover; cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
